Want to live to 100 -- free from disease? Making some lifestyle changes can add years to a person's lifespan, according to noted cardiologist Dr. Clyde Yancy with the Heart and Stroke Foundation, who recommends following seven simple steps to a healthy lifespan.
"Achieving these seven simple lifestyle factors gives people a 90 percent chance of living to the age of 90 or 100, free of not only heart disease and stroke but from a number of other chronic illnesses including cancer," says Yancy.
